Through NLP techniques, self-love practices, R.I.S.E. guides you back to a place of strength and connection within yourself, empowering you to live a life filled with love and light, regardless of external circumstances. Rediscover your inner shine and embrace a new chapter of empowerment and hope.

What To Expect In The 9 Week Program

Step 1: Calming your mind and nervous system is paramount from the start to help you to see more clearly and feel more in control. Actions and decisions must be controlled to avoid making things worse or increasing your stress levels.

Step 2: We will create an personalised action plan. As every family situation is different, you will be guided through a process that feels right for you. Healing emotional pains that are causing obstruction, getting back in touch with self and gaining new insights and perspectives are a critical part of this stage. Proven NLP techniques help clear the way to less emotionally charged thinking, enabling you to feel more peaceful and in control.

Step 3: Feeling more connected with self, and equipped with new insights, you will feel more empowered to move forward in a more directed way holding self-love at the core. You will learn high level communication techniques designed to encourage healthy and truthful conversation whilst staying in a loving heart space.
